BioGraduate of the Western Culinary Institute's Le Cordon Bleu program with an associate's degree in Patisserie and Baking arts.
I'm currently employed as a head baker with Panera Bread. Yes, we actually bake all the bread and pastries every day. You'd be surprised how many people think we don't. At the moment, I'm being treated pretty well, the wage is good, and I have bonuses and benefits, so I'm going to stick around. :)
